Privacy policy
Fair & Square Studio LLC ("we", "us") makes competitive multiplayer games and runs a few small tools to manage the studio's own social media channels. This page says what data we touch, why, and what we never do with it. It applies to fairandsquare.studio, to our games where their store listing points here, and to the studio tools described below.
This website
fairandsquare.studio is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects nothing. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the font file is requested. If you email us, we keep the email to answer it.
Our games
Each game has its own privacy notice inside the app and on its store listing, because each one handles different things (accounts, match history, anti-cheat signals). In all of them the rules are the same: we collect only what the game needs to run and to keep play fair, we do not sell player data, and we do not show data-driven ads that profile you. Questions about a specific game go to the address at the bottom.
Studio tools that connect to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
We run an internal tool, "Fair & Square Social", to see the statistics of the studio's own channels in one place and to publish the studio's own posts to them. It is used only by the studio, only on the studio's own accounts (Ball Knowledge, Radio Sigma, Vijuge). Nobody outside the studio can sign in to it; it is behind a password.
What it accesses
Only with the account owner's explicit consent through Google Sign-In, TikTok Login or Facebook Login, the tool:
- YouTube: reads the channel's public profile, its uploaded videos with their view, like and comment counts, and YouTube Analytics reports for that channel (daily views, watch time, subscriber changes, traffic sources). Scopes:
youtube.readonly,yt-analytics.readonly, andyoutube.uploadto upload the studio's own videos to its own channel. - TikTok: reads the account's profile and statistics (display name, follower, like and video counts) and its public videos with view, like, comment and share counts; and, with the Content Posting API (
video.upload,video.publish), publishes the studio's own videos and photo posts to that account or sends them to its TikTok inbox as drafts. Before each TikTok post the account owner chooses who can see it, whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed, and whether it is commercial content, and agrees to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation. - Instagram and Facebook: reads the studio's Facebook Page and the Instagram professional account linked to it (follower counts and the published posts with their like and comment counts), and publishes the studio's own Reels, photo carousels and Page posts to them, including the cover image and subtitle files of each video.
Nothing is published without an explicit approval of that post by the account owner in the tool, at the time the owner chose. The tool does not read private messages, comment text, or any personal data about viewers, and it does not post on anyone else's account.
How it uses the data
To show the studio its own channel performance (follower trends, views per post, watch time, where views come from), to tell which planned posts have gone live, and to publish the studio's own content. That is the only purpose. The data is not used for advertising, not used to train models, not combined with data about individual viewers, and not used to make decisions about any person.
Where it is stored
Access tokens and the fetched statistics are stored on the studio's own server (a single studio-controlled machine; the database is readable only by the tool), never shared with another service. Video and image files approved for publishing are copied to that server shortly before they go out and deleted a few days after they are live. Authorized statistics are refreshed daily while an account is connected. Tokens are kept only as long as the connection is active and are deleted when the account is disconnected; we delete the account's stored data within 7 days of a request. Disconnecting takes one click in the tool, or you can revoke access at any time: Google security settings (YouTube), TikTok app → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions, or Facebook → Settings → Business integrations (Instagram and Facebook).
Who it is shared with
No one. The data is not sold, not transferred to third parties, not shared with other apps, and not disclosed except where the law requires it. Posts the owner approves go only to the platform they are meant for.
YouTube API Services and Google
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
TikTok and Meta
TikTok features follow the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok's developer terms; Instagram and Facebook features follow Meta's Terms and Platform Terms.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and the change is described here. We do not quietly widen what we collect.
